    We would need more information:

     

    Which version  ? 

    What OS  ?

    Are there any errors from the logs    ?

     

    You might need to open an issue for this case

    CA agent version:- 12.9.0.338

     

    OS :- Windows 7 professional SP1

     

    No such error logs
