I was looking at the winoffline help and that stated that any error not detailed in the help
***Any other exit code, whether a negative number or a random number typically indicates the .NET Framework is not installed on the endpoint system.
Can you verify if that is installed and advise back.
Does that alway happen on the same machine or specific ones ? all fixes ? You could as a work around utilize applyptf as part of a Software delivery package
