    we have some assets returning to stock as end of life, we want to uninstall the CA ITCM clients form that machines remotely. please suggest the needful.

    I would not remove the Agent so that when the machine is taken out of inventory it will automatically reconnect to the ITCM manager and reregister.

     

    Else you can send a job to remove the Agent.
