    Hi,

     

    We are seeing that around 12% of our managed assets aren't reporting their "processors" inventory data.

     

    The systems that are reporting correctly, report all this information:

     

    Attribute    Value

    64-bit Support    Yes

    Active Core Count    2

    Asset Tag    N/A

    Core Count    2

    Hyper-Threading    Not Capable

    L2 Cache    3072 KB

    Load Percentage    31172

    Max Speed    5200

    Model    Intel Core2 Duo E7500

    Serial Number    N/A

    Socket Designation    CPU

    Speed    2933

    Stepping    CPU0

    Type    P6

    Vendor    Intel Corporation

    VendorID    GenuineIntel

     

    While those failing, only report:

     

    Attribute    Value

    Asset Tag    To Be Filled By O.E.M.

    L2 Cache    256 KB

    Max Speed    4000

    Socket Designation    U3E1

     

    Inventory Collect tasks end with OK status in either case.

     

    Our environment is 12.8 FP1.

     

    Is this a known issue?

    All servers are almost equal: same CA version, same level of patching.

    Are they all the same hardware?

    Yes, all servers are VMs with same specifications. Final agents are from multiple customers, with many different configurations (HW, OS, SW, etc.).

    It may need a support case so  we can investigate this further

    Just to inform, there is a testfix (T55V040) that solves this problem.
