    Hi Wayne,

Try commands camping ,caf ping from DM to problematic SS and vice versa.

Please go to the Scalability Server (SS) machine and do the

    following:

Open a command prompt and run the following commands:

    1. caf stop

Rename the serverDB folder to _old ,

    2. caf stop cfsystray

    3. cam change disabled

    4. cam stop

    5. csampmux stop

    6. cam change auto & cam start -c -l

    7. caf start

    8. caf start cfsystray

Now try the collect task again and let me know if it works.

Should this apply still even if this a local SS on the DM server?

    Thank you

    Hi Wayne,

No need to check caf ping,Camping , perform the rest of the steps on domain manager .

    Hi Wayne

If DM and SS are on same server, we can try modifying SS collect task on any other available Engine instance and verify if this helps

    Hi Wayne,

Have you tried changing CAM to TCP between the DM and the SS? Please refer techdoc TEC471865 for the same.

Also there are Engine cumulative patches for different releases which may help.
