    Hello,

It looks like file EGC30N.EXE could not be found.

Normally this file is located under C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\EGC

Check in registry under HKLM\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\EGC3.0N (or HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ComputerAssociates\EGC3.0N for 64 bits machine) the value for ExePath.

Then check if the file defined in ExePath exists on the DOMAIN.

    Thanks.

    Another point to check :

Check if there is a file with name program in the root drive : c:\program

Delete or rename it if it exists.

This could cause a conflict with "Program Files" when we execute dsmgui.exe

    Regards,

    Jean-Yves

    Hello,

Try to add quote characters (") around the PATH in registry.

    Example :

If the value of HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ComputerAssociates\EGC3.0N\ExePath is

    C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\EGC\egc30n.exe

Modify it by adding a " at the beginning and the end of the string :

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\EGC\egc30n.exe"

Does the problem occur on the Domain Manager or a remote explorer? Do you have an explorer that can connect?

Check the date/time stamp of the EGC30n.exe and the associated dlls. It is possible that it is corrupt or there were multiple installations using EGC and an incorrect version is being called.
