Remote Control of Virtual Machine

Hi,

We have installed ITCM 12.8 on windows 2012 box. we have many agents with XP, Win7
as OS and few machines are Virtual Machines. Users generally take RDP of those virtual machines.

But when we take ca remote control of those VM from ITCM console when user is remotely connected via RDP to that machine. I can see
screen like.

Computer is in use by Domain\User. Can be unlocked by user or administrator.

Means I am not able to see console of user who is logged in to that VM
remotely. In case of physical machine, it is working fine.

Please help.

Hi Nikhil,

Are there VM machines taken by RDP using the /console parameter?

As far as I know the RC session captures the console session, too.
