    Does anyone know  WHAT is fixed with Hotfix 12.3.1+HF4?

    I opened a ticket: just a quick question: WHAT is fixed with Hotfix 12.3.1+HF4?

    My answer: 

    This is not a Hotfix description ?!? seems to me like a JIRA query command...


    Answer from Support agent:
    Yeah, Hot fix is just for a bug fix and which is internal.

    Request for further explanation ongoing....

    Or does any of you have an information WHAT is fixed with this Hotfix?

    Hi @Frank Muffke, for v12.3.1 HF4 a problem has been fixed where the Service manager command line did not work on Power PC x64 platform with CAPKI.
