Automic v12.3 IA Service Issue

Hello all,

When I start the IA service I am getting an ORA-28000 (account locked) all other processes start up normally.

In addition to the various .ini and application.properties file/s is there anywhere else the Oracle encrypted password is required for the IA service to start?

Hello Mark, most likely the password for the AE database is wrong in the application.properties file:

Please update it and that should do.

Thank you Adrian.  You were spot on it is just the application.properties file that needed to be updated.  Turned out ,the password was not what I assumed it was...  Everything is online now and stable.
