CP/WP of UC4 ver.10 can't start

Hi everyone! I'm trying to recover a server with UC4 ver.10 installation but now the CP/WP don't start.

In 11.png you can see the error message. I looked into the CP/WP and tried to start them using the server's administrator credentials and still didn't work.

I know this version is out of maintenance but I hope you can help me, thanks.

=> no help possible without Server-Log files​ ;-) 
The license you use is still valid?

This is the log file. It's a test enviroment. But I believe that the issue here is that I don't have the license so I didn't use any when I installed UC4.

Am I correct or it could be other factor?

Hi

the log you uploaded is the service manager log, not the Automation Engine or Server log!

If you try to recover a V10 System, why is no license installed?
this would mean it never ran before....

if you are using one of the latest version of UC4 / AWA / One Automation please get in contact with Support to open a ticket.
Otherwise update/upgrade your system and check if the problem still exists.
