  • 1.  U02004972 Waiting for SAP Server

    Hello All

    I have been facing this error when trying a execute a job in UC4 for testing . The corresponding SAP quality system is up and running fine.
    I dont see any log in UC4 .Any suggestions how to fix this.

    Hi Praveena,

    please open the log (either the text file stored in the temp folder of the Agent OR the Agent report accessable from the Admin perspective in AWI) and search for error messages.

    Hi,

    "Waiting for SAP Server" is normally an issue with the login of the SAP-Agent into SAP. We had this issue when the password of the CPIC user was changed in SAP.
    So I would recommend to check if the passwords of the CPIC user is correct in ALL SAP clients not only in 000.
