Hi All,Support has scheduled the following three Automic Automation v21 Production Upgrade Weekend events. They are on:
Designed to improve the outcomes of Automic Automation production environment upgrades, these events are free to Broadcom Support customers. Support will be staffing these weekends to focus on any v21 upgrade related issues during these weekends.
To take part, you need to let your account team know which weekend you intend to upgrade or raise a Sev4 case on Broadcom Support and provide your upgrade plan at least a month before the event. Knowledge doc on upgrade considerations/recommendations is here.
Support will review and provide feedback on your event plans to increase the likelihood of a successful outcome. Support will also make sure all teams are aware of your goals so that help is ready if you need to contact us on the day.Thank you!-Shannon
