    Issue:
    From time to time, the menus("Administration", Process Assembly, Process Monitoring ") disappear from the AWI v12.0.0 .

    Solution:
    Upgrade AWI from v12.0.0 to AWI v12.0.3 or higher version.

    Is the absence of "disappear" from the subject line in itself a practical demonstration of the concept? ;)
