  • 1.  Connection object in SSIS action pack

    Dear all,

i'm new to Automic and currently i try to configre the SSIS action pack.

    https://marketplace.automic.com/details/executing-published-microsoft-ssis-packages

In the connection object we have to provide server information where the SSISDB is hosted.

Our SSISDB is located on following server (example)

    vmpSSISDB\SSIS01:Port

Is it possible that Automic has an issue with this syntax?

    I tried already those syntaxes:

    [vmpSSISDB\SSIS01]:Port

    [vmpSSISDB\SSIS01:Port]

    "vmpSSISDB\SSIS01":Port

    "vmpSSISDB\SSIS01:Port"

When i choose Generic JDBC connection I can connect to this server without any problems. But when i choose this option, i guess i have to change a lot of configs in this action pack because its recommending MSSQL connection type.

    Maybe someone has an idea.

    Thanks in advance.

    Have a nice day.

    best regards,

    Ben

    Hi ben1984,

Out of curiosity, can you elaborate on what you ended up doing to resolved it (in term of the "rights issues") so in the future if other community member run across this, they'll have an idea something to look at/try.
