  • 1.  Error while synchronizing LDAP to the AE User

    Hello All, 

    We are facing issue in synchronizing LDAP to AE user. We have correctly configured UC_LDAP_TAG(file attached), but we got the following error. 

    An error occurred while synchronizing User 'TAG\CHIAP01', domain 'TAGvalidCredentials'. 

    We even tested with TESTLDAP tool and are able to retrieve details from command line and not sure why it is not working form AE. Please help me out in this. It's a blocker for us.

    Many thanks for your request.
    Is the UC_LDAP_DOMAIN variable named after the actual Domain ?
    So it should be set up like this if connecting to Automic Domain:
    The variable should be called 'UC_LDAP_AUTOMIC'.
    Can you please check this.

    Michael is correct, the fix has been completed and we are awaiting the release of 12.2.0 and 12.1.2 which contain the fix. I will add your email to the problem case so you receive the updates as well.
