  • 1.  Prompt with Calendar to pick up a date

    Hello,
    I have calendar with a weekly recurring event from Monday to Friday.
    I am using this calendar in a prompt to allow users to select a date. At the moment, any day in a week can be selected however when the job is submitted it is not activated as the date is not in the calendar.
    It would be nice to have all Saturday/Sunday grayed out so they cannot be selected. Is there a way to achieve that?

    Hi

    Yes that request works.

    Create a CALE with the Keyword of your choice - e.g. WEEKLY_WORKDAYS
    save it.

    Within the PRPT on the left pane select your CALE and your Keyword.
    save it

    After selecting the PRPT in any Job or Script .....
    yes - save it :)

    When you start your object the PRPT pops up and the days not matching your criteria are greyed out.

    PS: I had to open/save/close my new CALE because I got the err message:
    U00021163 The Calendar has not yet been (re)calculated !

    that's exactly what I did but I does not work as you describe, that's why the question.

    See screenshots below, may be there is something I am missing here.
