While testing AE v12.1 today, I noticed something novel: it appeared that the Service Manager was caching the AE Server INI file ucsrv.ini. That is, if I stopped an AE process in the Service Manager, modified the INI file for the AE server, and then started the process up again — without stopping the SMgr — the old pre-modification INI would be used to start the AE server process. Is this the intended behavior?
