  • 1.  Login Error - Production AWI & UI

    Hi All,
    We have automic 12.0.1 and when I am trying to login, the session goes "Timed Out" 
    I can see that the AE is running fine from the server side.
    The WP logs do not look good to me however I am not sure how to go ahead with troubleshooting.

    Please Help.

    even in case I get to log on, I am experiencing very slow processing

    Hey Shani,

    JWP log is not what I would use to troubleshoot. I would look at the PWP log first. However, as this is production impacting I would contact Automic Support

    EDIT: If youre using LDAPS the JWP might actually help with troubleshooting the timeouts on the login but that JWP log attached is not current. I would still suggest sending every recent log to support
