The following error might appear when starting utilities or the AE after upgrading from V10 to a newer version:
U00029172 UCUDB: Invalid settings for Oracle client - 'oraxml??.dll', 'he system cannot find the file specified.'
Up to V10 the Oracle Instant Client was sufficient, but for V11 and higher you need the Oracle Full Client. After installing the full client, starting is possible again.
