Is anyone using Safenet Protectfile

Hi Community, 

 

We're using Safenet Protectfile to encrypt our general data files. 

 

One thing we're experiencing, if the file has the permission of rw-r-r, the file move will fail within the job.

Once the permissions are set to rw-rw-r, it works.  It is the same user doing the file move. Any insights?

Maybe something wrong with the right of the OS User that you are using to transfer the file?
