In case when the z/OS Agent STC terminates shortly after the start
and the job output contains the error: COMPLETION CODE - SYSTEM=422 ... REASON=000001A0
To avoid this error the Load Library APF authorization should be initiated as described in the Agent Install Guide / STEP03:

Unfortunately the Agent log doesn’t contain any specific messages, last message:
