    Hi,
    I debated whether this should be a Support Ticket or a post here.
    It might just get acted on quicker here  :)

    We are using the One Installer as part of our upgrade from V10 to V12.
    We are installing the brand new V12 software as part of this process.

    This is a Linux install.

    We noticed that an SQL directory doesn't get created under the Agents folder so we need to download this separately. 

    Please pass this onto whoever looks after One Installer.

    Hi John,
    As this is the kind of issue we need to pass over to our Developers, it has to be done through an incident / problem.
    Please create a support ticket :)
