  • 1.  Informatica successfull signal takes long to Automic (RA4.0)

    Hallo,

    we use the RA.Informatica 4.0 and AE 11.2. After the Jobs are finished in Informatica, the signal takes 30sec-1min until AE knows that they are finished.

    100 Jobs - 1min = 100Min idle time.

    Do anyone have the same problems or are there any parameters for pings/checks to Infa?

    Dear Dominik Bucher,

    This is an known issue.
    Our development fixed this already.
    The Fix will be available with Automation Engine 11.2.3 which we plan to release in November 2016.

    Just wondering Dominik_Bucher_7744  if the upgrade to 11.2.3 fixed your issue.  We actually see similar delays, not only for Infomatica but also JDE, but figured this was due to the JOB_CHECKINTERVAL setting.
