This document will outline how to create a CmDust log file for Agile Requirements Designer (ARD) license issues.
Background:
Sometimes when troubleshooting ARD licensing issues, the support or development team will request a CmDust log file to investigate the issue further. CmDust stands for CodeMeter Enduser Support Tool. This program was developed by Wibu Systems, the creators of CodeMeter, the third party licensing system we use for ARD. No confidential information is transferred to Wibu Systems and you are able to check the information saved in plain text.
