I am working on creating a training plan/onboarding guide for a team that is new to using ARD.  Is there something similar to this that could get me started on what approach to take when creating this guide?

I want to start with the basic use of ARD like creating a flow and understanding each shape and then gradually move into more complex operations like using code snippets and creating test cases.

    Thank you!

    Hi Madeleine,

Here is what we normally give for training/learning paths:

We have learning plans and 'getting started' materials created by our internal pre-sales and services people. I would suggest reaching out to your CA Account Manager to see if we can share something already created by CA so that you do not have to start from scratch.

If you do not know who your account manager is, please call one of these numbers and they will be able to tell you: Contact CA Support - CA Technologies

Here are the topics I would suggest for your training:

    • What is CA Agile Requirements Designer?

Thank you so much for your response.  I will take a look at that and get in contact with my account manager.

I am working on getting through the videos, but I figured that it would be helpful to find a guide in the mean time.
