OC 20.3.3 login issue

Hi,

We have installed UIM 20.3 on win 2019 server and also deployed the OC 20.3.3 but when you try to log in to Operations Console, the user administrator is not recognized and displays the message "Invalid credentials". We modified the ACL from User Administration and also created a new user with dashboard designer permission, superuser but still receiving the same error message.

We are using Chrome browser and URL with (s) HTTPS:

https://<OC_hostname_or_IP>/operatorconsole_portlet/standalone_login.jsp

Any input would be a great help?

Resolved it. I just noticed from logs that the wasp probe was unable to connect to the DB server. I opened the required port and now it's working fine.
