    Has anyone ever seen this error message when opening up the UMP?



    An unknown error has occurred.An unknown error has occurred.Refreshing your browser may resolve the issue.

    Usually this error can be resolved by deactivating and reactivating the "EMS" probe on the primary hub, though sometimes it helps to do the same to the NAS and/or Trellis probes.

    If this is a frequent occurrence it may be helpful to increase the RAM allocated to the EMS probe.

    Hey Jason,

    Deactivated / activated the ems probe and things are back working now.  I also increased the ems RAM from 256m mem init to 1024m and 2048m Max Mem to 4096m.

    Will keep an eye on this in the future.
