  • 1.  RHEL 8.0 compatibilitywith UIM robot

    Hello,

We're currently trying to deploy a robot within a new server (running Linux RHEL 8.0 x64). We've tried to deploy the robot (versions 7.80 & 7.97 used to test), the robot gets installed indeed and reports to its HUB accordingly.

However, when we try to deploy probes on it (processes, etc...) they don't install within the robot.
I've been searching & noticed this RHEL 8.0 isn't supported within the support matrix (Matrix Here).

Is there a workaround or an ETA to support this?

We've a client starting to use this version & we would like to monitor these accordingly.

    Controller log (errors):

    --------
Oct 22 10:47:49:384 [140256527134848] Controller: Could not figure out what Linux version you are running!
Oct 22 10:47:49:384 [140256527134848] Controller: Please report the following system information to support@nimsoft.com

    Thank you in advance!
