    Hi Community,
    We are trying to upgrade UIM to 20.3.3 and completed UIM upgrade successfully.
    But before proceeding to OC upgrade, we are supposed to upgrade OC/CABI robots to secure version which is failing..

    • Update the robots on the OC and the CABI computers to the latest version released with 20.3.3. -- > completed
    • If performing the secure upgrade:  --> completed
      Deploy the certificates to the OC robot and the CABI robot. For more information about certificate deployment, see Secure Transmission of Certificates.
    • Update the robot version to the secure version. --> Failing
    • Run the OC installer.

    Can anyone help here and assign the case 32653483 to himself?

    We have raised P1 case 32653483 and waiting for someone to acknowledge and help to solve this issue.
