    Hi All,

I have created a SLA  report based QOS_NET_CONNECT

I could see two type of data options for the unavailable data in the SLA Report

    1) Unavailable data- Which is calculated in SLA report
2)Missing data- Which is excluded in SLA report

I have gone through the DB data, For unavailable data , there is null entry in the database and for missing data there is no entry in the database at all.

Just want to understand between these two, could someone help me on this.

    Regards,
    Usha

Couldn't find anything on those items, but there is this kb for a net_connect sla report.

You define how to treat unavailable and missing data in the Variables Configuration of your configured SLO and QOS calculations.  The way you configure these tell the sla_engine how to handle unavailable and missing data when calculating your SLO's and SLAs.  For a complete description of how setting these in the Variables configuration sections see the Create a New Service Level Agreement Wiki document then search for how Variables Configuration settings affect your SLO and QOS calculations in this document.
