Until the links are corrected on the CA UIM Hotfix Index support site, I have uploaded the latest 9.20 data_engine, secure hub and secure robot hot fixes and their release notes here.  As stated in my last posting, a request was just sent in to the Web Support team to correct all 23 broken links on this webpage.
