  • 1.  No data on Cisco ASR 1006 Router - eHealth

    Hi Guys

I'm having an issue on one of my eHealth servers which is still in prod awaiting PM build.

I don't seem to be getting data from certain elements on a Cisco ASR 1006 router since the 19th and it is affecting reporting. I changed the poll speed to fast (1min) on some of the key elements and it seems to be getting some data. I'm not sure if the device is taking long to respond or if its due to a network slow/congested between the router and our monitoring server.

How best can i troubleshoot this seeing eHealth is EOL. Your assistance and knowledge is this tool will be highly appreciated.

Running  6.3.2.07 on Windows Server 2008R2.

The element count is at 53 358

Please advise. I discovered the device on a different eHealth system and its responding but i suspect that it is using a different path. I just want to rule out any application issue as we did not make any changes to the server or application before that date.

    Regards
    David

    Hi David ,

If you are not facing issue on different ehealth server which is on different network segment ,it must be network issue . Try to enable fast polling on all elements for that router  alone . issue is only for one device ? Are you seeing any snmp errors ,rediscover is working fine?
