By default no there is no option for this.
You might try a NOT regex command.
This might cause high overhead.
Here are some examples.

Subject: Logmon probe configuration
Hi,
Normally when we configure logmon probe, if the pattern matches in a logfile it gives an alert.
But if I want an alert, when logfile does not update in certain time.
Is there any option when the given pattern is does not match then it will throw an alert?
Kindly reply on query ASAP.
