UIM HA Hub Probes EMS and WASP failed to start after upgraded from 8.51 to 9.02

After upgraded UIM from 8.5.1 to 9.0.2.  We are seeing UIM HA hub Probes EMS and WASP no longer start. The software upgrade and probes update went fine. Both Primary and HA hubs have the same version of Probes. All Probes on Primary Hub start fine. Any advise.

Hi Henry,

Please download and deploy HA v1.47 from support.nimsoft.com. Then test again by stopping the Primary Hub robot to force a failover.

Steve,
HA Probe 1.47 has been applied on HA Hub, HA probe start fine but still EMS and WASP probes failed to start. Prior to the upgrade both ESM and WASP probes started fine. we tried to deleted both probes and redeployed but not help. Both EMS and WASP probes on Primary and HA has the same version. Any advise for next step.

Hi Henry,

Please open a support case and attach the HA.cfg and ems/wasp logs from the Secondary (HA) node.
