How to Get URL Availability Report

Hi,

   In the UIM, l need a url availability report. How to get it? Which the best monitoring method to monitor url availability before get report? But also, l want to get report for specific time range. Also, There are not suitable selection for more than 3 months on jaspersoft dashboard when l try to create a new report. I can just a see max 3 months. Why is it ?
