SQL Connection error - Domain login failed

Hello Team,

we are trying to configure SQL monitoring  but when we are testing the connection it is throwing Domain login failed error.We have already checked with Database team all the permission are granted to our CAUIM user to access that database.I have attached error snapshot and Log file.

CAUIM version 8.5

sqlserver v5.10

In such case an easy test is to use locally on the same server:
- osql or
- install locally mssql management studio
and test the same logon

Hello David,

We have sysadmin permission on that Database still we are facing this issue.Also using RDP i am able to connect to that Database from CAUIM user.

Locally the connection is fine still we are facing this issue in the tool.

Locally = where the sql probe is running 
Use the sql tools to connect to your sql server with the same domain user to have a clear error message

User must have login locally permission on the probe machine. Frequently missed during configuration.
