    Hi All,
I am trying to deploy nimsoft agent in Amazon linux 2 instance and failed to install. I tried to install lower version and update it and still failing.
    What could be the issue?

So this is only supported with version 7.97 and newer version of robots.
Are you using an RPM package or are you using nimldr?
If using nimldr what version of nimldr?
You might want to try the nimld loglevel 5 with the command switch -d 5

Make sure you are using the latest nimldr

    and latest robot

Thank you so much for sharing the details, Gene. I got the solution here as it is compatibility issue.
I have addressed the same thing to Unix team, not to use old nimsoft agent version and keep updated always. :)

    UIM : 20.1
Linux instance : Aamzon Linux 2
    Nimsoft Robot : 9.30

Does the robot support matrix include hub support? In other words, can I use the hub probe on anything listed in the robot support matrix?
