Replace primary HUB server

Hi all, 

Is there any procedure to replace the primary hub box on uim 9.20? it's possible to promote a secundary hub as new primary?

The question is too vague leading to multiple possibilities for what's needed. 
'promote' there is no such function, it would be necessary to run the uim server installer. 
perhaps this KB doc will provide some helpful info
