¿es posible poner una ventana de mantenimiento para 2 de tres URL en el mismo servidor?

entiendo que si pongo el servidor en mantenimiento todas las URL del servidor se establecerán en mantenimiento,

At this time it is not possible, this would be an enhancement request. 

You could perhaps set up a NAS auto operator to exclude the alarms in question, and manually turn it on and off as needed, but that's probably the best you can do for something like this.
