DX IM 20.3 Operators Console issues

    I have upgraded production system from UIM 9.2.0 to DX IM 20.3.

    Upgrade has been ok, system is up and running but there is few major issues with the OC:

    1. OC is very slow while loading groups, especially those with few hundreds of elements. This is much slower that before on UMP.

    2. On Device Summary dashboard I can't select any metric and because of that I can't get any graphs. It is not working on Firefox nor Chrome.

    Any ideas?

    Are OC and cabi each on their own robot?
    Was robot at each updated to 9.31?

    We are using external CABI so it is not robot.
    OC robot is updated.

    CABI is not updated to 7.1.1 is it possible that this is root cause?

    Double check cause there has to be cabi_external 4.20 probe deployed to connect to the cabi server. Yes cabi server should be 7.1.1 but before updating should check compatibility with the other applications using cabi.

    This is the reason why CABI is not already updated. We are using CABI on Windows Server and new 7.1.1 Windows version is not supported on the Spectrum.

    in the 20.3 OC screens where you can take/add the metrics to obtain graphs it is also not possible in my test environment to add any metric.
    I have a ticket open for this since 15 October (but no real reaction until now)

    Correct Spectrum is now supporting cabi server 7.1.1 on Linux only.

    I have upgraded CABI to the version 7.1.1. (still using Windows).
    Second part of my issue is resolved, but group loading is still very slow, it is unusable. 

    Also, I can confirm that integration of CABI 7.1.1 on Windows with Spectrum 10.4.2.1 is working. Didn't find any issues for now.

    Perhaps the wasp, nisapi, & operatorconsole logs found in the OC wasp folder will be of some help.

    I have noticed that loading groups is slow only when Tree View (default) is selected.

    Any ideas?

    I have open support ticket for this issue but there is no success with it.
    Also, I have noticed that I can't populate new groups with devices based on several filters and boolean algebra like in old UMP?
    Now I can search devices only by name or IP. I have to admit I am very disappointed with the operators console.
