  • 1.  Robot its not showing virtual machine metrics

    Hi guys,

    I have installed robot on a virtual machine this virtual machine have two NIC interfaces with different IP Address each one. THis virtual machine was cloned and change IP Address. So when I try to see the metrics on the robot element, I cannot see virtual machine metrics, only robot metrics.

    The robot have the actual IP Address 172.17.209.2 (this its OK) and its show me metrics about the robot.

       

    But the Virtual machine device associated to this robot have other IP Address (10.60.129.214). And show me metrics about Virtual Machine.




    Can you please help me to made that virtual machine get the correct IP Address (172.17.209.2) in order to just in the robot I can see all the metrics, robot and virtual machine from the robot. Or what I have to do in order to consolidate the metrics?
