sdgtw Clone Capabilities

Does the while using a clone with the sdgtw probe, is it possible to update an existing alarm/incident from either of the clones?

So if I have 1 rule that is for all alarms assigned to the same username to be created into a ServiceNow Incident, and then I have a clone of the same service now configuration only with separate values for the different mapped fields assigned to it as a second rule.

Then call the second rule if an alarm is cleared, that way when the alarm clears it would update the fields with the proper information like the closing notes fields etc and then be able to automatically close on it own?

To ask it another way, if we have an alarm that opens as an incident and after say 2 minutes the alarm clears, is it possible to adjust one of the mapped properties with a rule or something? Like updating the Group that the incident would be assigned to?
