Please try the following:
Deactivate nas.
Rename the nas database.db and transactionlog.db files
Drop/Reset the nas tables:
DROP TABLE NAS_VERSION
DROP TABLE NAS_ALARMS
DROP TABLE NAS_TRANSACTION_SUMMARY
DROP TABLE NAS_TRANSACTION_LOG
DROP TABLE NAS_NOTES
DROP TABLE NAS_ALARM_NOTE
DROP TABLE NAS_CS_STATE_MONITOR
Adjust the Primary hub timeout settings:
postroute_interval = 120
postroute_reply_timeout = 300
postroute_passive_timeout = 180
hub_request_timeout = 120
tunnel_hang_timeout = 300
tunnel_hang_retries = 3

Hi Team,
IM is very unresponsive. It seemed to stay in a 'hung' state. Hour-glass effect is noticed.

I have even re-oraganized the DB as specified in the article.
But still the hour-glass symbol is showing, unable to access any of thee probes.
When I deactivate the NAS probe everything is normal.When I activate again the same issue occurs.
Please help me to resolve this one
