I cannot configuring nexec probe on robot with NAT IP in IM. As I can see in nexec probe is installed on robot NAT, there is no "Configure" and "Setup" tab, only "Start" tab.
But i can configuring nexec probe in admin console.
Need advice on this.

What version of UIM are you running?
Please use hub v7.92 HF10 or higher.
Deactivate nexec, save the nexec.cfg if necessary and then delete the nexec probe from the local filesystem.
Purge the %NIM_ROOT%\robot\pkg\ready folder of any nexec remnants.
All nexec Tabs should now be displayed.
If not, please open a support case so we can analyze this issue further, as this issue may be due to your hub-robot NAT configuration.

We are already tried this step but not working.
Also we have opened a support case but the issue still persist.
If you configure a brand new NimBUS Administrator user via IM with Superuser ACL, and then login, is there any change?
Still not working..
I dont know why this could happen in IM while in admin console can be configured.
Maybe you have other advice?
