i got problem in CA UIM 8.51 after the window patch update in win server 2008 r2.
when i enter url(10.182.97.99:8081).it showing 403 FORBIDDEN....................
What are you expecting to be presented on port 9000? This isn't a normal presentation layer port for UIM.
If this is a primary hub then try 10.182.97.1/uimhome.

Sorry, not sure where I got port 9000 from!!
But the UIMhome page is on port 80 now.

sorry,i posted before 9000 as a port number for ump port and i changed it to port 8081.

assume the site is ca uim web portal and had been working prior to os patching - suggest open a support case.
I removed all "update installed" file from the OS windows server 2008 R2 and RESTART. But it still showing 403 forbidden.So,what is the next step should i follow for this ERROR?
Hi, I suggest checking the WASP configuration - the key http_port in <setup> part. That will give you the port where wasp webapps will be responding.
Can you please the wasp logs .. You have any other UMP server ?
Thank you all for your concern,Problem has been solved.I just simply changed my port 8081 to 8080 now it has been working smoothly.
