Tunnel Configuration

Hi Experts,

 

We are using Distributed Environment of UIM on Cloud we have HA configured and one Relay Hub installed which Report Primary hub and HA Hub on the cloud as well and it's working fine. But when we install Client hub on Client Environment which we want to report to Relay Hub of Cloud Environment but we are not able to retrieve the info neither in Admin Console or IM of Client Hubs. Which leads, i am not able to configure Queues and Tunnels between them. Please help for the same.

There are many unknowns here that drive the correct answer. The hub help doc v7.8 Hub IM Configuration - CA Unified Infrastructure Management Probes - CA Technologies Documentation  has a discussion that covers most of the situations.

 

Generally, you will need to manually configure the client side of the tunnel using the DMZ wizard. Or use the static name list ot define the client hub so that you can access it with the GUI tools and then configure the tunnel and then remove the static name.
