BASELINE ENGINE - Queued

Hello CA Guys,

 

Version of CAUIM: 8.5.1

Baseline_engine: 2.77 

 

We are facing a problem of queued on baseline_engine probe.

 

 

Always, the queue got bottlenecked.

 

 

We already changed the configuration of memory on probe, like follow:

 

 

 

Anyone have an idea about hohw to solve this case?

Around how many messages is it processing in a minute?

Thing is if there are many probe instances with baseline enabled and especially if they are high volume there could be just more than it is going to be able to handle.

more things to try:

Open the probe's raw configure
increase the value for startup > opt > jave_mem_max
if not already set - setup >
performance = true
messagelimitlog = 2
isNative = false
