How to get INCIDENT number from custom table in Service-now using SDGTW?

  • 1.  How to get INCIDENT number from custom table in Service-now using SDGTW?

    We are using SDGTW for creating incident in Service-Now. Due to some customization we need to connect custom endpoint to create incidents.

     

    1. Now we are not getting INCIDENT number in response, how will get this?

    2. How to send alarm state/status in custom field to service now?

     

    Please suggest.
