Data_engine probe not coming up on HA hub

Hi Team, Gene_Howard , Brahma CA Unified Infrastructure Management Nimsoft 

 

We are facing issue getting our data_engine probe up on HA hub ,

**when our primary went down , we got to know data_engine on secondary was not working , it was in red (error state) .
**all the data_engine related probes are not coming up .
**we tried activating them manually still they were in error state
**logs are not getting generated in these probes even after fresh restart
** for data_engine we even tried starting it manually from cmd promt , got thelogs for few minutes still the probe went down ,
**we tried replacing the probe version , did not helped
**once our primary was up we tried deliberately deactivating our primary data_engine sill the one on secondary is not working .

Kindly guide us if we are missing on to something .

Please open a support case and share the data_engine.cfg from the Primary and the HA failover hub, and the HA.cfg.
