    Hi ,

    Found that there is one day extra for the SLA period. Can I set it as Mar 1.2019-Mar 31,2019

    Hi this does not actually add a day to the report. It runs 00:00 - 00:00. If the end date was 31st March you would actually not have the metrics for the 31st as it would stop on 00:00 on the 31st

    However, the report will display a period end with April 1st,2019, is it possible to correct it?
